9/12/10 - Homestudy Approved
8/23/10 - Homestudy Visit
8/4/2010 - Application 2 approved
7/19/10 - Application 2 completed & mailed
7/6/10 - Application 1 approved
6/28/10 - Application 1 completed & mailed
